Obagi products are designed to minimise hyperpigmentation, sun damage, acne and premature ageing.
Most Obagi products are prescription only. This is because Obagi uses strong medical components such as treinoin and hydroquinone. These and other ingredients penetrate all layers of the skin to improve cellular turnover, eradicate melanin agglomeration, increase collagen and bloodflow.
Therefore treatment begins with a medical consultation and skin assessment which is offered free of charge.

There are three main types of Obagi treatments
- Obagi Nuderm Fx which treats hyperpigmentation, melasma, sunpots and smooths skin texture including fine lines and wrinkles and pores.
- Obagi Clenzderm which is a highly effective treatment for adult acne and controlling future breakouts
- Obagi Blue peel which is a medical grade TCA peel and treats pigmentation, fine lines and improves complexion
Obagi treatments are also recommended to maintain the results and skin quality for patients who have undergone facial surgery such as facelift, necklift or blepharoplasty.
