Romanian tennis player, Simona Halep, junior champion at the French Open in 2008, has had her 34DD breasts reduced to help her back problems.
The extra weight on her chest was uncomfortable and caused severe back pain, which affected her performance on the court. To improve her chances of becoming a Grand Slam winner, she spent last summer recovering from an erential breast reduction surgery of her career to a more modest - and manageable - 34C.
